🌞 Sun Bum Sunscreen - Enhanced Spectrum Protection Review

The product description expressly says "Free from oxbenzone and octinoxate". I believed it and bought the product. However, when I read the ingredient review and confirmed it on the SunBum website, I saw that Octinoxate was the ingredient! I am very disappointed that I now have to return it.

This is my absolute favorite face sunscreen. I have occasional acne and rosacea prone skin, but it doesn't cause me breakouts or irritate my skin at all. It also doesn't cause an allergic reaction like some of the other sunscreens I've used. It feels comfortable and is not as slippery as some other sun sticks. It lasts much longer than liquid sunscreen, even while rowing, running, kayaking or hiking. My dermatologist loves the Sun Bum brand and I can see why.

I love SunBum products. However, this particular item is very small. My fault for not looking at all the product photos. It's 0.45 ounces, which is even 1/2 ounce for $7.50. I decided to keep it for my upcoming vacation flight. I'm hoping to get at least a few uses from it and that it's smooth to use and allows for multiple uses.

I hate the smell of most sunscreen so this starts as a win with an amazing smell! It's easy to apply, and since it's not a spray you're not going to fill the house with, and it's not a liquid, it doesn't apply to all your hands either (although I usually rub it in for the best coverage). I have never used this brand but I have seen them in stores. I needed an oil free sunstick for my face so after reading about it I decided to give it a try. The only description of the fragrance mentioned that it is an original fragrance reminiscent of the beach. Since I usually love every beach scent, I didn't think about it. This roller is the size of a BIC lighter, it's so small and the smell is strong. I can't put it on my face because it smells too strong. However, I can use it on my tattoos even though I have to use a higher SPF for my tattoos, but I won't be returning it because it's only $10 and it's a decent product. In any case, I will attach a photo of the measurements.
