I thought it was metal and a bit bigger but it's wood although it's heavy I just don't think it's worth $30. There were paint scratches on the wood. I keep it to myself because I can't find something like this in many places, except maybe in a hobby hall.

Easy to assemble and good looking. The only (minor) issue is that it's light and smooth and slides easily on the countertop requiring two hands to rip off the paper towel. At the bottom I put a rubber mat that helps a little when sliding.

Buy glue, you will need it. One of the bottles had a cap that fell off the first time I lifted it. There was no glue on the back. The part where the paper towel is not drilled properly so it is loose even though the screw is tightened. I'm giving this two stars because it's cute when glued together.

Bought a new Coca Cola kitchen for my son and his girlfriend. It's absolutely amazing. It's much nicer and stronger than I expected. It looks the same as in the picture. They were both surprised when I gave it to them and fell in love with it immediately. They are happy with this item, so I'm glad I bought it for them!

There is a single screw that drills through the stock in place and as you can imagine the screw pulls through the pressure plate after a few months of use. The two screws on the front are also loose and cannot be tightened again without pulling. Don't get me wrong, it's great for a demo, but nothing more. I think if instead of screws for the front they used dowel

Always wanted this holder. He's holding up well. I even had to reinstall the back, it was backwards. It still works great. It's pine, so all you need is a screwdriver. I wonder if the people writing the reviews understand why this wood is easy for the hobbyist to use. Wood is not a metal, it has its own properties. Don't overtighten Pioneer, it will break and splinter on you. There are no more paper towels from cheap wall holders lying on the floor. Hallelujah!
