The packaging was superior to most items purchased online. Each fitting had an O-ring and thread protector. hard plastic. All fittings were connected smoothly during installation. All of the various water sprayers worked as advertised, which is rare. We have very hard water and constantly have to replace equipment. I hope it lasts longer than any previous fittings. .Excellent product

My wife and I love it. We just moved into the house and the main bathroom has a bath and a walk in shower big enough to walk in. The various settings are good and the shut-off lever allows frothing and then rinsing. I have the same shower head in my camper. It's plastic but I think it's a good price. I also removed the water restrictor that is on the shower head that the house is plugged into. Gently pull it out before attaching the hose with needle nose pliers and you're good to go.

To my surprise, this was a great purchase considering the reasonable price and quality of the product. Very easy to use and set up. The only problem was that there was no teflon tape in the kit. The green pieces at the ends of the hose have instructions on how to remove them. No need to pry, just twist as instructed and they release easily. I removed any flow restrictors with needle nose pliers (if needed), twisted everything together, fixed the leak that was due to insufficient Teflon, and bam. The best shower head. Best of all, you don't have to twist it to change modes and you can turn it off

I am very happy with this shower head, especially for the price. The hose is long and very flexible. The water turns on and off with an easy-to-find lever. It's also easy to change the flow setting and the head doesn't seem to reduce water pressure. It was easy to install. My faucets are polished nickel so I chose this particular finish and it fits well. I would buy another one for my other shower if it would fit, but it doesn't. Afraid of trying something that looks like a fake Moen. I decided to give it a try for about half the price of an equivalent Moen head and so far so good. I can try to find the water restrictor as there doesn't seem to be any water pressure and my faucet pressure is 60psi. I can only assume that there is a flow restriction in the head. Water pressure is okay for the most part, but I wish the settings on the two massage styles really had an impact on when it hits you. My old one did it, this one

I bought a shower head to replace another that was not providing enough water flow or power. It was easy to install after I was able to loosen the adjustment linkage to allow the head to move on the ball adapter. After installing it, I tried to figure out what those 7 settings were.
