I've read so many bad reviews about this product but I still had to try it because it's adorable. So here's the thing. CAN be washed. You can iron it. The buttons fall off and are easy to sew back on. The fabric is light, my daughter is not uncomfortable. We live in Florida and the fall and spring are hot, perfect for our weather. For reference, she is about 7.50 inches tall and about 60 pounds. We ordered 8 and it fits her perfectly.

The 'look' of the dress is cute, but the dress (made in China) has a very strong smell and the fabric is terrible. It's 100% polyester (yes. 100%). It's also a VERY thin fabric, and the attached label says "HAND WASH ONLY, DO NOT WRING, DO NOT SOAK, DRY IT". The dress I received does not have any care instructions on the dress label. only the attached tag is removed. I'm a working mom and I certainly don't have time to HAND WASH the dress and let it dry and then gently iron (on low speed only)…
