SunWorks Construction Paper Orange Sheets Review

It's not as thick as good construction paper. and the color is also creamy white. I do a lot of crafting and learning with my daughter and this cream paper, texture and color didn't do me any good. I would have returned but was too quick to tear open the bag it came in. I'm an art teacher and have used many different brands of paper and this thick paper is terrible. The texture of the paper is not suitable for drawing. It is difficult to get an even, solid color with Crayola crayons (good quality crayons). It soaks up the marker like a sponge, makes any color very dark, and uses up my markers' ink very quickly. I have seen coloring books with better quality paper. I haven't found a single material this paper would be good for - maybe lining a bird cage?

What a disappointment. I ordered this because my son is very fond of drawing and crafting and then carving his creations. To do this, he fetched paper from our copier. So I bought him this pack of white "construction paper" to cut off his lost copy paper and give him something hard but not too hard to work with and cut.
