Easy to use, no leaks at the connections

I lost the underground water line from my house to the well - about 185 feet, but 140 feet to an outdoor faucet I could use to back feed the house. These hoses worked fine from the well to the house--I had used a repaired (end-fitting for the hose) and the pressure blew the fitting off. They do seem to want to kink if wound up and just pulled--easy to overcome. I would recommend them.

  • Hose failed just before male end after 1.5 years.

Very flexible hose.

Well made.I suggest that you have a hose roller to keep the hose untangled and not all knotted up. It reminds me of the days I use to take care to properly coil my instrument cables so they would last.

Pros
  • Worth the price, the look, and finally, the exercise of untwisting. Color looks great.

  • The 3/4" GHT fittings may leak or become loose easily

It took a while to find…

After reading review after review I was asking the question - does anyone make a quality hose? My first impressions - this is a high quality hose. It has sturdy brass connections and the hose is flexible but still retains its shape. I get an occasional kink that quickly resolves itself with a quick flip of the wrist. Ultimately time will tell. If I had to replace another hose - I would purchase this hose without hesitation.

  • I love this product. Except the color being light yellow, gets dirty over time.

  • The heavy-duty construction may make it more difficult to store in tight spaces

Great hose! on my review.

It works great, nice and flexible and doesn't kink, all you have to do it pull it and the kinks come out. I hope it lasts for a long time. It is pricey but, so far, so good.

Pros
  • Sturdy. Advertised as non kink but alas it does indeed kink. I have managed to deal with the situation.

  • The pressure rating may not be sufficient for some commercial uses

Wish I would have found these years ago!

I use this all over the property especially areas that were hard to get to with heavy and less flexible hoses, this one makes tough to get at jobs a whole lot easier.

Flexible but sturdy

Very nice light hose. Brass fittings. Unrolls easily and rolls back up easily. Bright color so you can see it in the grass. Easy to pull across the yard. No leaks at the connections. I looked at many hoses, very happy with this one.

A GREAT HOSE! good for me

After purchasing various hoses over the years I am so very happy with this exceptional hose. Very impressed with it being so lightweight, flexible, easy to coil up + love the yellow color.bonus.it doesn't leak at connection.

Good hose but kinks easily.

Does the job but would advise a hose winder. Have used several times and seems to kink easily (that being said, it has been 100 degrees out lately so the material is very soft due to direct sun exposure).

Pros
  • We have gone through so many hoses threw-out the years. This hose by far is the best we have ever owned!

  • The hybrid polymer may not be as resistant to chemicals or solvents

Constant kinks even under pressure

This hose kinks very easily and is difficult to work with. Way too expensive too. I used this a few times and already had to replace the fittings. Ended up giving it away and replacing it with 2 50 foot Goodyear hoses (with oversized fittings, available at Home Depot). I'm much happier with those.

Line Twist Problems

I've had this hose for a while now. It is durable, but it gets twusted up farily easeily and must be manually unwound often. It does kink, like any other hose would.

  • The 3/4" GHT fittings may not be compatible with some outdoor faucets

Not heavy duty as advertised (Edited, upgrade from 1 star to 4 star)

Updated I guess I should have given this hose more of a chance. Yes it is light weight and durable. Kinks are easy to remove and this hose is easy to put away. Only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star is that it leaks at the connection to the faucet. Outside of that I highly recommend this hose and I plan on buying two more.(original review that does not matter anymore): This is not a "heavy duty" water hose as advertised. After taking it out of the package I can feel it is weak…

Perfect for Mr: my feedback

It’s amazing how many garden hoses I had to buy to find the right one. After trying 3 others, This one was perfect! Light weight, no once did it kink, and seems to hold up good to my well/pump pressure.I’ve only used it once so far, but I think Momma likes!

It’s a hose good for me

Nice and flexible, seems lightweight, good quality fittings for the price. Smelled HORRIBLE the first few days before the sun baked that odor out. What is it made of, recycled garbage cans?
