Non-working junk cartridge returned in a green and white box. I bought this because it was a different box and was supposed to be a different product. Imagine my disappointment when I received my order and it was the same green and white box that I have had to return twice in the past due to cartridge problems. You're almost out of toner.

The first of two print cartridges printed only a few hundred pages. How can I get it back? I can't live without ink. So I've now put the second cartridge in. Not optimistic. I can't figure out how to contact the seller, so the only thing left is to write a review.

I have twice bought two Greencycle replacement toner packs that are compatible with the Samsung 115L cartridge. The first two cartridges worked well. The second pair is not very good. One was completely dry and the other was just printing on a stack or two of paper. Nonetheless, it's still a bargain. An OEM product at the Big Box Office Store costs around $100 per cartridge.
