Just delivered on Monday 08/16/21 no longer works on Friday 08/20/21. I called tech support. They sent an email saying it was out of warranty and that it was bought in 2017 :(. Very disappointed with this purchase, sorry I can't give zero stars

Bought to replace my old Charge 2 that no longer works. This new one does NOT have the same vibration as the old one, so using it as an alarm clock or anything that requires that vibration setting is useless. Everything else is fast and works. But don't expect to be woken up by a vibrating alarm.

I bought this watch on purpose because it has a step counting function. He never counted stairs. I bought the watch on March 17, 2021 and a month later it went haywire and died. After that I couldn't charge it anymore. I didn't like the watch from the start.

I love my shape! However, this is my fourth. I would strongly recommend getting insurance (they help a lot, unlike most insurance). I don't do anything crazy with mine, but I seem to be very strict with them. The small size of the bracelet is VERY tiny. I have small wrists and small ones tend to scratch them. Grow up. There are many holes to make it quite small.

Came defective but only noticed when it was too late to return. Fitbit is not counting steps correctly. Working with Fitbit tech support is almost useless, so I had to return it and wait for a replacement. I returned it over a month ago and I'm still waiting and they don't help at all. Why do you need a Fitbit device if you can't wear it and have to return it?

I bought this charger for Fitbit 2 on April 21, 2021 to replace the charger I bought in 2016. I was able to charge it up and use it until yesterday 17th August. 2021. The battery does not hold a charge and discharges after a few minutes after charging. Tried to do a hard reset with no success. I swear I'm really tired of wasting money. I ordered on April 14th. And everything went well. It is now May 25th and it no longer works. I charged it this morning and around noon and saw the full battery. I randomly look and nothing appears on the screen. Tried to charge and still nothing. What a bloody waste of money. I'm so tired of ordering electronics here. I will only know or from shops. And of course the return window is open. Ready! If you like wasting money, order this watch!
