This is a great replacement for MS Surface AC Adapter. There is a USB port that I use to power a second monitor. The only drawback was the short 110 cable, which wasn't a problem for me, but I had to get my wife a longer cable.

Having used this charger for the past few days it seems to work well and has a charging surface. No problem. I couldn't measure the time difference, if any, between 65w and 45w I already had (because I don't know how). But like I said, it works fine. I will update if it stops working in the future so the community can gauge how long this product will last. It gives good value compared to buying direct from msft which is over $100.

Tried to trust this because of the great price. Within a day, the cables became detached and the charger stopped charging. I was busy and couldn't return to Revane right away. Revane refused to take back the article. I'm trying to work with a manufacturer.

Never worked, not even right after purchase. The light blinks for a second but then goes off and the computer never realizes it's even plugged in. Garbage - don't waste your time.

Four hours after this charger was delivered, the cable jacket broke off the connector that goes into the laptop, exposing the cables. Same problem as original charger. The difference is that we had the original charger for three years, which is four hours.

I can't confirm the durability of this charger but the price motivated me to buy it. About $20 is way more than I'm willing to pay for a power cord for anything other than my trusty old computer. It seems solid enough, although I rarely unplug, move, or pack it. I also have one that I use on a machine I have at work and again I haven't moved or packed it and it has worked fine. All in all it was a great purchase.

The device bears a tolerable external resemblance to the original product, only slightly larger. Unfortunately, the first block turned out to be defective - when it was first connected, a spark flew from the connector. After I processed the return through Revain, the seller sent me a new unit for free very quickly.
