Charge your Surface with Powerbank!

Now I can quickly charge my Surface Pro with Anker Powercore using this cable! This also works with my 61W RAVPower PD 3.0 wall charger. I no longer carry a bottom charger with me.

do not buy in tablet accessories

I had to buy a plug adapter and both the ones I bought stopped working after a few weeks. Chargers in general have been a problem for the Surface Pro - so much so that I wouldn't buy another Surface unless they change the charging system.

Works as advertised for Surface Pro 6/7

Nylon braid still feels like good travel cable construction. Most Surface Pro charging issues are not related to the cable or connector, but to the surface charging port. Unfortunately, most cases do not protect ports.

That does not work! - Chargers and Adapters

Tried with a PD Battery and Surface Book 2. Doesn't work, charges for about 2 seconds, stops charging then drives back and forth. I hope to get a replacement/refund from this company as soon as possible. UPDATE: CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS REALLY HELPFUL! Be careful when ordering, my battery is not compatible but they gave me a full refund and I don't have to return it.

Does not work with Microsoft Surface Book as described by seller.

According to the seller, this cable is for charging Microsoft Surface Book. I bought 2 chargers: RAVPower 90W 2-Port and Anker PowerPort Atom PD2 60W. Both times the charge fluctuates causing my computer to switch from charging to battery and vice versa. It damaged my laptop! The seller WRONGLY claims that it works with these chargers on this laptop.

Works well on my Surface Pro 4 and RavPower 20100mAh/45W Portable Charger

Brings You Luck. These Surface Pros are so good, but you can't replace the battery yourself. Enter this cable that allows you to charge your Surface Pro via a USB-C portable charger. I'm using a 20100mAh/45W Ravpower portable charger. Works fine, no issues. I can use the Surface Pro for hours without having to plug it into an outlet, but you need this cable. Very inexpensive and works well.

Overall A solid purchase

Item arrived well packaged and working. Appears to be good quality. I noticed that this charger is a bit more demanding in terms of correct charging position compared to the OEM charger. Not enough to make a huge difference, it just needs an occasional touch to make sure it's securely connected. Overall I am happy with this purchase and would buy it again.
