I had trouble expressing milk with a colicky baby with a conventional breast pump because he always wants to be picked up. With them I can pump on one side at a time and the pump doesn't get in my way. I've had it for a little over a week and haven't had any issues with a leak or anything. You'll need to make sure the silicone half is properly aligned and secured, but it's not difficult. Bonus points for the very easy cleaning.
