this strap appears to be a genuine Suunto strap. However, the quality of this strap from Suunto is very poor considering the price. this is my third group. They only lost a year or two before the flimsy plastic started cracking. then you run the risk of an expensive watch falling off your wrist.

Almost perfect OEM replacement. Attention, if it is the same material as the OEM strap, you can expect it to break after 1-2 years of daily use. I bought this to replace my husband's original Suunto strap which broke after years of wearing. Even then, only a small group owned the extra money, not the group itself. However, after only a week of wearing, it broke in the middle of the strap. I don't know if all those extra slots might affect the integrity of the strap, but I definitely wouldn't buy this strap or type of strap as a replacement.

The strap was different from the original. The color is matte black while the original is glossy black, which actually matches the watch itself. The clasp is chromed, originally black. I had to use an old clasp that matched the watch. My fault is that I didn't pay attention to the product photo, but if I had to do it again I would spend a few euros more and order from Suunto. I just wanted nothing more to do with Suunto.

I am a watch collector; All brands, all values. A watch had a strap that was too small. I contacted local jewelers but none of them had inventory and it would take longer than I would like to wait. I stumbled upon this bracelet by accident and fell in love with it immediately. When it first arrived I was blown away by its sheer size and beauty. I had the perfect watch for the group. It's beautiful, wears well and looks impressive. value for the price.

My one star rating is based on my personal experience. After replacing my old Suunto Core Band with this one, I tightened the screws so lightly that I hardly felt any resistance and the screw head broke off. It's okay to remove the screw system from the old belt. Just in case, I tightened the other side even lighter, and again the screw head broke off. I could still tighten the old screws, but come on, for $40 they shouldn't snap right out of the box.
