drawstring looks like drawstring which makes the look a little cheaper but overall the sweater was a nice color and was thick enough for spring/autumn. Luckily I read the reviews which prompted me to buy a size up, otherwise it would be too small for me. It really does appear to be a size smaller than what you are buying.

My 13 year old daughter wanted this sweatshirt. We ordered a small first , but she was also short so we returned it for a medium size which fits her perfectly (she is 5ft 3" tall, 105lbs). Her size says small = medium and medium = large. I think she does are slightly smaller but that depends on how you like your hoodies fit (baggy or tight), she likes it baggy.

For reference I'm 5'3", 130 lbs. I usually wear small or medium tops. I wanted a looser fit and after reading a number of reviews , I chose the XL size, the XL size is definitely bigger and wider than I wanted, but I took a picture (sorry for the low pic res) to show where it sits naturally when you move, ie not styled or fitted The gray t-shirt is a little longer on me and this sweatshirt is higher than my torso so you can see others are saying it even ends up in size XL and tends to hit above
