Disappointing Quality and Fit

As my tests showed, the material is thin and cheap. The pleats don't hold up well and the size is larger than expected.. Poor quality, incorrect sizing..

Great skirt! on skirts

Such a pretty skirt! I wore it above the hips just around the navel with a tucked in sweater for a winter wedding. Pleated is beautiful. The size is standard.
