Great controller for Nintendo Switch!

This controller is a great alternative to the well-known brand! It's wireless and rechargeable and works great with Nintendo Switch. It takes about 2-3 hours to charge and you get up to 5 hours of playtime. Responsive joystick and buttons too!

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • without insurance

Good price, good quality, no drift!

The remote came almost charged. The instruction is too long and difficult to understand, but it basically involves making sure Airplane mode is off (turning on all wireless connections) and holding down the home button on the remote until you see it on the pairing screen of the Switch vibrates. Feels good in the hand and works well. Not an action/adventure gamer but you'll want to check other reviews to see how it performs.

  • Decent performance

Excellent, even twice the price

There were some pairing difficulties in the beginning; I can't even tell you exactly what we did to get it working, but it hasn't been an issue since. I don't have to re-pair every time the console turns on like some others have said, it connects fine and it doesn't matter if it turns on first - the controller or the console. The ergonomics are great. One thing I noticed is that when you turn on the controller, you don't press the joysticks, otherwise that position will be calibrated to zero…

No more Joy-Con drift (mostly)

This controller has two main problems: 1) Poor battery life 2) Controller sleep mode The battery life is around 5 hours (compared to around 20 hours with Joy- Cons and 40 hours with Switch Pro Controller). The controller goes to sleep very quickly (after about 5 minutes) and forces you to reconnect, which constantly interrupts games with longer cutscenes or during a short pause. Also, the right stick sometimes pops up when reconnecting after resuming from sleep mode. Otherwise, this is a…

Amazing Nintendo Switch Controller!

I actually have a Nintendo Pro Controller too, but the Savorware Controller exceeded my expectations. In fact, I prefer Savorware to Nintendo Pro. The weight is about the same but the grip is much better. Connecting to my switch was very easy. After a few intense games of Super Mega Baseball 3 with friends, he was holding up great after being briefly dropped. I had to buy two of these instead of the Nintendo brand. I haven't really used the turbo button feature other than to test it and that…

Already better than Pro

Got it as a replacement for my Drift Pro. It's gotten a lot better for a fraction of the cost. Pairing is easy, and with vibration turned off, the controller lasted for multiple sessions without charging. It also holds up well after hours of intense Smash Bros matches where other third-party controllers let me down very quickly. The D-Pad is also much better than the pro controller, which often registers the wrong direction. It's not quite as clicky/satisfying to click - even a little boring…
