I would recommend this set for the packaging that comes with it, but both of our hydration bladders leaked after our second mountain bike ride. My back was nice and cool, but my mouth was dry and hot from draining at least half of my water supply from the 8-mile ride.

I would rate it 5 stars but the waist belt fits medium to normal at best. I am not morbidly obese but XL with a 38 waist did not fit me. If you are of average height or don't use the waist belt, this is 5 stars for you.

This pack is perfectly balanced and is very good quality for the price. It is easy to fill, the straps distribute the weight as intended and all pockets are fully functional and easily accessible. . I would even buy a second one for the price because my daughter keeps stealing it from me.

This pack fits snug and comfortable while running. It is durable and very profitable. This bag has a little more insulation to keep the water cool and is compact enough for adults or kids. There's definitely enough room to pack snacks or trail supplies, as well as plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Seams and fabric look decent, water bladder works well so far. I like the hip belt for loading the backpack. The bag was missing a chest strap and bite valve clip but I still think the price is more than fair for what it is. I like that the bite valve has a good lid. Many more expensive products are not included. It smelled, but it was just the smell of canvas plastic, which is now barely perceptible.

For the money this pack is phenomenal. My only complaint, having used this on some MTB trails, is that it doesn't have a clamp to keep the tube from bouncing all over the place when not in use. I was able to order a pack of 6 clips for $5 and would recommend doing the same if purchasing this hydration pack. Plenty of storage for the tools I carry and it has plenty of adjustments on the straps to sit comfortably without bouncing around on my back.

We bought this for my 15 year old son at the last minute before we went to Yosemite National Park in July. Arrived 2 days after ordering. The color is great, the material is great, there are additional handy pockets for cell phone and snacks. The only downside is that the drinking straw kept hitting him in the face while walking. We had to get creative to keep the straw in place. He could pull the water bag out of the backpack and use it as a mini backpack. Very diverse!
