Slightly smaller than expected

I have an empty 25" and usually have trouble finding straps that work as most are too big. I almost sent this one back because it's a bit small. I can only use the last hole in the belt and it's pretty tight, but I'm afraid going up a size won't fit either.

Seems to be of pretty good quality but I just received it and only wore it once.

Looks like a high quality belt. I just got it so I only wore it once. It seems a little smaller than I thought but I didn't measure it so I think I could be wrong. So far so good, I would say buy it!
