Targus CityLite Laptop 15 6 Inch TBT053US Review

Don't let the price fool you, this is a quality laptop bag. Traditionally I have used a large leather briefcase but I wish that in some cases a lighter bag could be used. I was so glad it replaced my heavier suitcase. My wife borrowed a suitcase for one of her trips and I never got it back; I had to go and buy a new one. I have been using Targus bags for many years. My most recent was the 17" CityGear case which I have carried for my 17" MacBook Pro since 2007. Since I recently bought a 15" MBP, the 17" was too big for me! I chose the CityLite 15" and I have to say I'm happy with it. This laptop bag is one of the best in this price range. For me it's either that or you choose one of the 70.00 leathers or fully waterproof. Do not get me wrong. I have a Targus bag like this that is four years old and still looks great except the vinyl cover on the handles has come loose. I thought this Targus CityLite bag was the same but it's not! I used it for commuting for six days and the fabric started tearing where one of the handles attached to the bag. Extremely low wear resistance, the fabric is very thin and tears easily.
