🌊 Tarte Limited-Edition Rainforest Of The Sea Eyeshadow Palette Vol. II Review

This is a really great eyeshadow palette! Different shadows are soft, creamy powders of a very light color with fine sparkles. They are odorless and can be mixed and collected. Beautiful and bold look on the eyelids after application. The only problem is that in just 3 hours the color on my eyelids was completely wrinkled and unflattering looking. I just didn't find these high quality shadows expensive. I love the tart moisturizer and the cheek color so thought I'd love these. It just doesn't go smooth at all, very difficult to mix. Also, one of them, probably the one I use most often as a base, cracked when I opened the box. I wish I had missed the return window.

This is my first time buying a Tarte product and I really liked it. I was concerned that the power adapter might arrive cracked or broken, but it arrived in perfect condition. It also includes directions for some cute eye ideas to use with flowers. I've used it for 4 days this week and the product shows up great on my fair skin.

I am always skeptical about buying Revain branded items but after reading the reviews I decided to give this Tarte eyeshadow palette a try. It looks just like it does on Tarte.com. They are even similar in price. But after using this product several times I do NOT recommend it. I have other Tarte eyeshadow palettes, the eyeshadows are well pigmented and so easy to apply.
