Small Hard Brittle Clay

This clay is brittle and hard and cannot be shaped. At first I thought it was just cold but I planted it in a warm room and tried working it out with my fingers and my clay machine, it's actually just horrible clay and a lot smaller than expected. I was going to use it for earrings but even after mixing it with the scalp it was just an awful texture.

Pros
  • Easy to Shape, Bend and Stretch - Polymer clay is made of high quality PVC - Eco-friendly, odorless, non-stick, safe and non-toxic. The colorful material meets the standards and requirements of ASTM D-4236 and CE (EN-71).

Is it dry and crumbly?

You definitely get what you paid for, but it works! 😅 It gets sticky and it's dry and crumbly when you first take it out. BUT you just have to work with it! Do not be fooled. The warmer it gets, the better. You can use a slightly higher temperature to bake it. I only have an oven up to 170. You do a lot! From the colors, however, I found that many shades were the same, so instead of having many shades, I decided to mix a few to get more of each color, which works very well. The really tiny…

Pros
  • WARNING: Please do not use a microwave - control time and temperature carefully when using the oven drying method. Please read the user manual carefully before use. (If children use this product we recommend that they are supervised by an adult.)
Cons
  • Electrical outlet required
