One of the knobs was broken when I received my order but I only needed one. I bought 2 packs to have spares in case one breaks. But I'm not sending it back. The price was right. I just want the lid to snap and snap because if you hit or hit it the cotton swabs will fly everywhere because the lid will come loose.

Please don't waste your money. You would think this would dispense cotton swabs much like toothpick dispensers. It is not. Cotton swabs cross, then get stuck and not dispensed. The only way to use this PIECE of Junk is to remove the lid and grab Q-Tips from the top. Extremely poor design and rest assured your money is wasted on this product. It may not be offered for sale. Revain is doing customers a disservice with this announcement.

Save yourself the frustration, buy a jar with a lid. tampons. It's possible, but it takes MANY minutes. If you want to fill in a whole handful of Qtips, they'll get stuck and need organizing before you can put in another stack. You continue to do this while ignoring your SO, children, and other family members. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT. Believe me. Your SO can thank me later. Your children can thank me later.

From the picture the thing looks like it would be easy to use. However, if you don't line up each Q-tip perfectly, they'll get stuck and won't fall off the floor. Easy access from the bottom is too difficult so I always just take the lid off and grab a cotton swab from there. If you just want it to look nice but have never been able to use it then this is a good product for you. If you want the functionality of this finger trap that doesn't satisfy you, then this is not the product for you.

ok maybe it's great for the wooden ones pictured, I don't use or own wooden cotton swabs. The listing mentions the "Qtip" brand and they match them, but they overlap when they load. And you have to pull to untangle them at the exit. The plastic is good, but there was an ugly trace of mold on the lid. I will return it? not worth it, but if you're using the "Qtip" brand I'd toss the dice elsewhere, maybe just in a nice glass jar.

It's not as easy to use as it looks in the picture. It's small and the top comes off very easily, nothing really holding it in place. The biggest problem I have is that the cotton swabs barely fit in. They are crooked and do not slide down or fall into a very small holder. You pretty much have to do all the work to get one. For example, remove the top, press down on the tips, straighten them as much as possible, and pull them out of the holding cell. I had to go back, but for $5 or so I figured

I like this style more than my cotton swab jar! I hate accidentally touching something that someone else can use (and vice versa). I also didn't like keeping the jar open and dust would collect on the cotton swabs (but I threw away the lid too, lol). Plus, counter space is used much more efficiently!
