Exemplary customer service - worth every penny spent

The Temp Works team at our company is amazing! Not only have they been great to work with, they also are very supportive and always keep in touch with us. We have used them in the past as a third-party for payroll and they have always been great to work with. We have switched from another payroll provider and the switch over was seamless. Sometimes, it is very hard to find a payroll provider that is easy to work with. We have not found that with Temp Works. They have always been quick to…

TempWorks allows me to manage employee leave effectively and smoothly

I like that it is easy enough so we can use without any training or support staff involved with our organization! It's not as intuitive when you're new at using this platform but once your familiarized yourself everything works fine - no problems here!! You have multiple options including online learning (which are very helpful) however there should be more resources available regarding best practices/tips & tricks within each feature area such us scheduling etc.. Great for time tracking & expense management

The ease of use is probably my favorite thing about this program - it's so simple to navigate that I can't imagine why anyone would dislike using it. It's been able to streamline our workflow and make our daily tasks much easier. There are some things that could be improved, such as the ability to export data into other programs (like Excel). This isn't a huge issue but we did have one client who was trying to do their own data entry into a spreadsheet. This would not work because there is no…

  • Easy interface for both scheduling/attendance tracking AND time clock management! Plus great customer service when needed!! Very easy tool with an intuitive layout..and lots o' options if you need them too :) !!!! Can always count me in whenever they update or add new features...they really listen..I'm grateful!!!!
