nice but not as pretty as I had hoped

Nice, but not as nice as I had hoped. They replace a more sophisticated leather pair that wears well. The original pair has a durable, classic leather-casual look that makes them look like cheap beach sandals, but they were at a lower price point, so overall it's hard to complain

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Too hard, my husband's legs hurt. sent back.

Soft, too soft. Very squishy!

I always wear Katavi Tevas, I love them but when my last pair burned down in a fire I had to buy them as Katavi are no longer made. Anyway these are calf splinters, I can't walk in them without getting splints. It comes from a man who runs five to ten miles every day. I don't like these at all. The quality seems good but they wear sneakers from the 80s, no thanks.

Pros
  • Comfortable to wear for a long time
Cons
  • Not suitable for people who require orthopedic insoles.

Too tight in front

Looking for a replacement for my Teva Marstons. I thought they were similar but they are about 1/2 inch narrower in the front and my thumb dangles on the side even in the larger size.

Pros
  • Made from high quality, wear-resistant materials
Cons
  • Not recommended for people with wide ankle bones

Build quality, fit and finish

After comparing similar but cheaper alternatives, I decided to go with the originals. I first became aware of Teva sandals about 40 years ago when I was on a summer beach vacation as a teenager (yes, you see my age). My cousin lent me a pair. At the time I was impressed by the Velcro, innovative design and style. Now it's very common, but 40 years ago it was cool. They are still true to what I remember. Excellent fit and finish. Comfortable to wear and easy to use. The cool factor disappeared…

Pros
  • The toe straps could have used more padding at the strap crease...lots of wear and tear on my big toe.
Cons
  • Soles can rub against your feet

I always liked Tevas best in my review

While no one can say how well they will hold up over time, these sandals seem to live up to old Teva standards. I have owned Tevas for decades now and they are comfortable.

Pros
  • The last pair my husband had was 30 years ago, they are forever.
Cons
  • May be uncomfortable for people with sensitive skin

Comfortable and great looking

Bought 2 pairs and hope they never stop making them! Good quality and they hold up very well to my everyday wear. Love it! My size 9 ran a bit small!

Pros
  • My size 9 is a bit small
Cons
  • Top strap not tight enough

Waiting for summer!

Got the shoes and wore them home all day because the weather here in Northwest Pennsylvania isn't exactly sandalwood. They fit well and felt very comfortable. If they last as long as my last pair, which are about five or six years old and still wearable but look very worn, I'll be a happy buyer!

Pros
  • A good thing
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with wider feet

Great sandals in my review

Great pair of sandals, comfortable, lightweight and stylish. This is my second pair and the best matches are still going strong. I recommend.

Pros
  • Great sandals. My fourth pair in many years.
Cons
  • I don't know how to ship such a used pair of Teva's to the buyer and sell them as new?? Funny practice!
