Contains phenoxyethanol. This is an ingredient that does not appear in the ingredients list on the item image. In fact, the actual product I received has the ingredients in a different order and contains phenoxyethanol, a chemical I try to avoid as it can cause allergic reactions as well as eczema.

Bought this product hoping it would help with my skin and acne. I used to use other brands of witch hazel but only occasionally and couldn't keep using them because they all contained alcohol and after a few days of use my face became dry so I had to stop. I love this thing so much. I use it for everything. I have very sensitive and acne prone skin and have raved about this product for a number of years. I have to use up a bottle of this stuff every month! Ladies, you WANT this for your postpartum experience. Pads, for prewetting TP for gentle tapping, hemorrhoids. Super helpful with all of this! It also works as a facial tonic and is very moisturizing.

This item is just amazing. It's clean, effective, leaves no residue and doesn't dry at all. I'm not saying it's "soft" or that it "doesn't dry out". I'm saying it basically has a side effect, like a light moisturizer. This is a very effective toner and works wonders on dry, oily, combination and acne prone skin. I use it upon waking, after showering/shaving (before applying moisturizer) and throughout the day when I need a quick degreaser. Why hasn't anyone told me about witch hazel before?

I like to use witch hazel as a pick-me-up and I have a hard time finding unscented products in stores. I prefer it scented so I was excited to see it on Revain and bought it straight away!
