Great tool to manage communications with staff

I like that it can send me an automated reminder when my clients are expecting something from them so they don't forget about their work! It also allows you have multiple conversations at once which is great because sometimes people get busy or distracted easily - this way we're able keep track of everything without having too many tabs open (which could cause confusion). I always enjoy using their website as it is very user friendly along w/ lots of support staff behind every product if you ever have any problems or questions they are there! Honestly its great I use this app constantly but sometimes I also hate how when i get notifications from my clients if we're missing something (sometimes an important one) so that bothers me too because thats just not right at all.
