Fantastic quality. The photo does not show the actual size of this cape. In width (maybe not in length) it will probably fit a child up to about 10 years of age. The bandage is wide, and the ribbons are even longer. For my 4 year old I wrap it twice around her and then wrap the ties twice again. This isn't a problem, just something you need to understand before you buy. Lengthwise - it falls about 1 inch above my 4 year old's knee. It will suit her for a number of years and it is beautiful.

The skirt is perfect for my 4 year old granddaughter. Very beautiful, soft, flowing and almost does not wrinkle. The only problem is not the product but the ties which the 4 year old child plays with until the skirt falls off. We didn't want to tie the ties in knots that would be difficult to put on and take off, so I cut them off and sewed the elastic into the waistband, then folded the skirt to fit around my waist and sewed everything together. You can pack it as needed to fit girls of all sizes. As for the reviews saying it was too short, I have to disagree. It's a dance skirt, folks. It's not meant to be worn around town.
