Very disappointed with the new caps. Running closed. I had hot tea for my whole bag and car! If I had known they changed the lids I would not have bought a new thermos! I just love the color! I can't find any old lids to replace these crappy ones. If you're not worried about spilling your thermos, that's great. The color is beautiful.

I love these thermos and have been using them for years. They keep drinks hot or cold for hours. The classic check detail evokes fond memories of Thermos travel products from the 70's. However, this mug comes with a novel slider cover. Since the lid has only one hole, the liquid doesn't flow smoothly and you end up taking very small sips. Bought this to replace my old battered travel mug. Unfortunately the cap I received was sub par and below my expectations. My old kit was sealed with a really good lid. I was expecting the same lid considering it's the same Star Wars mug. But when tested, the lid of the Star Wars mug, which is a different design than I expected, leaked badly. I have ordered four of the exact same travel mugs and have been very happy with all but one as there were dents and damage in transit. I emailed Thermos with pictures of the damage but received no response. What I love most about these glasses is how easy they are to clean! I hate one-piece lids that collect very nasty residue that can't be cleaned. This two-piece lid is very easy to clean. It keeps my coffee hot and is easy to drink.
