I have very short stubby fingers (small adult size), I ordered a small one and it is too long and narrow for my thumb, it fits perfectly. My thumb doesn't go all the way because of the shape of my short fingers. But it's functional and I've used it without too much trouble. Four stars because it works, it saves my thumb but doesn't fit in my hand. Be aware that if you have fat and/or short fingers you may need to play around with sizing.
