The first order I received was broken when opened so the case didn't stay closed. The paper inside the sleeve looked lazily thrown around and not properly placed for the product display and description. Returned it immediately and the second filter came with some dust on the glass but the case appeared to be in good condition and the product description paper was different than the first filter and was properly placed in the case.
