I like that the device offers more programmability than the old one I had. 3000/9000 allows me to use smaller doses. I've found that TimeMist dispensers don't spray other brands of spray, which is frustrating. It's just a small difference. So my advice is: find the scents you like and then get an atomizer that suits you. ALSO - the description says 2 C batteries, but actually the device contains 4 AA batteries.

Bought the classic TimeMist dispenser and the classic Alpine Industries dispenser. Timemist is more expensive and very difficult to open. The mist comes out with little effort, whether it's 3000 or 9000. It's perfect for my Can of Purge III (I use it on a covered outdoor patio), but the time window isn't needed at times, so the battle begins to flip it on the Turn head and open to turn off. Overall just not impressed for the higher price.

I would prefer the third option to diffuse even less fragrance as a 15 minute interval lasting 300ms can make a small room quite scented. Also, it's quite difficult to open and certainly not easy when attached to the wall. You could have opened the button with less effort. Also, I would have preferred if the power and adjustment buttons were accessible when the dispenser is closed. Rather, you have to tweak the settings, turn it on, and then rush to shut it down before it crashes on you. Just…
