⌚ Timex MK1 Steel 40mm Leather Strap Watch: Classic and Reliable Timepiece Review

I bought this watch for my mother who is a nurse. She loves big numbers and a big face so she can tell the time quickly. Also the military time on this watch is important for its documentation/diagrams. The strap is earthy and sturdy, and while it's a 'manly' watch, it fits her petite wrist nicely.

A good value watch - simple, functional and beautiful with a spectacular convex glass. Excellent value for money and quality. My only real complaint is that the glass is acrylic so it scratches very easily. A mineral crystal would have been a much better alternative and would justify a price increase of $10+ in my opinion.

I didn't have much experience buying watches online so this arrived in a day and was packaged in a Timex box. There are no problems with delivery and presentation. The watch itself is great. The concave glass on the top gives the watch a nice round look at certain angles. The light is good, the battery is good. In general the watch is good, only the size is small for me.

Love the large dial and overall style. Surprised that the leather strap is simple and looks a bit unfinished. It is not polished and has a smooth matte finish. All of my previous leather straps have had a nice polished sheen or an embossed pattern. That's the dumbest version I've ever seen. I still love my Timex but maybe the problem with the strap is that it's made in China? American is always better.
