There are no instructions on how to set this watch

Bought for an elderly mother to help her tell the time. Although the dial is a bit small, the time is displayed well. The problem is that there weren't any instructions on how to set this up and since there are multiple days for the alarm I've never been able to get it to work. I looked online and found a few instructions but not for this particular watch. The adjustment buttons are also very difficult to use. I am sending it back as my mother will never be able to use it.

  • GOLS certification
Cons

Would be a decent watch if I could see it!

MINI is the right word! I'm 78 years old, an old nurse, I've worn a watch for 60 years, I still like to check the time without taking out my phone. I like the durability of the Timex and the extension bar, but the typeface and font is so small I can't read it. It also appears that the face is deeply embedded in the metal frame and is in shadow. It seems to be the only available model that Timex offers women. So I give it to someone with younger eyes and look for mine elsewhere.

  • Weight

Too expensive for the quality, face scratches very easily

I bought these before I knew that Casio sold a silver version of their LA670WA-1 women's digital watch. The best features of this watch are the flexible strap and 24-hour time setting, which Casio doesn't have. The slightly shimmering green display is also pleasing. What's not great is how easily the display surface scratches. While my Casio watches can withstand heavy use and even welding sparks, the face of this watch has been badly scratched from everyday use. I've used a polish to fix this,

Looks good but difficult to install and see.

I bought this watch after my old one broke. I wore regular watches but opted for a digital watch as my husband loves his. Of course the clock was not set when I received it. The paper that came with it didn't have instructions on how to set the clock. I went to the Timex site to see how to set it up. They didn't help me so my husband worked and finally got it within 3 minutes at the right time, I agreed. The writing is so small that it is impossible to see the tag. In daylight I can see the…

Beautiful and thin gold watch

attitude. The instructions don't tell you how to set the date, time, etc. To set the clock, search for the model (tw2t48000) and go to timex.com for detailed instructions. I was able to reset my watch with it without any problems. Make sure to follow the steps in the right order or you'll mess things up. Fit. My wrist is 6.25 inches and it fits well. There is still room between the watch and my hand (as seen in the photo) but it doesn't slip much - the watch's light weight means it grips. If…

Nothing for older people.

I love Timex watches and have been waiting for a women's watch designed for women. Something I could wear anywhere and with anything. I wanted a digital watch that was easy to read and only showed the time and date. Nothing big, nothing with a stopwatch and compass, nothing with how many steps I've walked, how many beats my heart is beating. I just wanted a good, simple women's watch. I thought that was it, and what a joy I thought, and I could accept the fact that it wasn't round. Now comes…

Oh what happened, they changed the features.

I have the same watch 20 years ago. I had to replace it and opted for a gold colored watch. However, it was difficult for me to determine the time and date. I was upset that I just couldn't see the numbers from every angle. I had to return it, still hoping I could set it up and see it. So I ordered a silver watch. This is very similar to what I had. I liked the size, I have a small wrist but I need to adjust the strap, now I can only find a place for it. I was disappointed with the visual part…
