no problems with the black cartridge so far. Prints just as well as the original cartridge. The packaging was solid and included simple installation instructions. The photo, along with the packaging and instructions, shows the cap from an unused cartridge. I only used this to cover up the used one to throw away. Great product at a great price. Will buy again. I'll try to remember to upgrade when using color cartridges as I don't need them yet.

I bought these cartridges to replace the starter toners that came with my Brother printer. The installation went with a bang. The toners were shipped in sealed bags with plastic liners. When I took them out, the toner didn't ooze through or dust on the toners. The print quality is excellent, I print every day for work. Colors are bright and accurate, and blacks are clear and dark. I was very surprised and very happy with these toner cartridges. They are very easy to install. It only took a few minutes to replace my old toner cartridges with these. They are fully compatible with my brother's printer and work great! Color reproduction is accurate and the print looks good. I would happily buy them again as the money saved is half of what I would pay to replace the original brother. I highly recommend it if you need a toner change. You will not be disappointed.

, I am pleasantly surprised that the toners work better than the OEM toners that came with my machine. I will use this company for future orders of the same toners. The drums for my machine are separate from the toner, so sooner or later I will need non-OEM drums as well. The seller sent the goods very quickly. I kept them until the original toners ran out and needed to be replaced. Let me clarify that they include extra gifts in the package which is a bonus but doesn't affect my rating of this

Easy to install but doesn't work with my laser printer. I had to send them back. I followed the instructions and did all the suggested troubleshooting steps. Images are faint and not as bright as original toner cartridges. I even ended up trying to shake the toner cartridges hoping the toner was stuck in there or something, but that didn't work either. Came back and bought Brother brand toners, they worked right out of the box.
