I received these beautiful lights as promised, but after installing 5 threads they did not shine. It advertises that you can connect three strands together, but the third strand wasn't as bright as the first. I recommend only connecting two together. The transparent wire and cool white bulbs really make them look like icicles. I hope they honor their warranty and replace my faulty strand.

Great! They arrived on time. Packed and ready to install. They were bigger than expected. Better than what we could get when buying from your local hardware stores. There is a detachable socket at the ends and a cover at the other end. To connect, remove these two and connect the following lights. Also, the ends are screwed together, so you no longer need to tie the ends together to connect. We also bought tree lanterns that have the same concept. So that they can also connect.

Has a male connector on one end and a female connector on the other. If you connect one set and get to the other end and try to connect the next set, you have TWO JACKS. what am i missing I've updated my rating to 4 stars because I realized this. We love lights. Okay to be honest. Bought 2 strings. I would give these lamps 5 stars. They were easy to install, there were more than enough cords from doomsday to the plug, and they put out a lot of light. However, they are advertised as OUTDOOR lights. Lots of people used them along the roofline at Christmas, which I did (didn't get the adapter wet). These lights are beautiful but they don't weigh much, so one evening we had a rainstorm and all the icicle lights blew up into a thick ribbon. I had to shoot them down a few times. Lots of different settings too, I don't think anyone uses the Attack Flash setting, but it's nice that there are a lot of options, but it's hard to tell if you haven't plugged in lights while working with them .
