Flat iron smells burnt and makes hair stink. Gets tangled and pulls out hair. I used HOT TOOLS and this one seems to be fake. CHEAP MATERIAL. COMPLETELY FINISHED

Don't get me wrong - this isn't a cheap iron - more of a middle ground. My daughter's hair can be unruly and I asked our stylist for a flat iron recommendation. She said she has always used Hot Tools Professional and is very happy with it. I ordered these here and we are definitely satisfied. The only problem is that she doesn't want to share it with her mom! Maybe I should get one too.

Very happy with it. I've been using a brand of crackers for years and they broke trying to use them with a voltage converter in India. It's twice the voltage, half the price and works better!
