My daughter is 5 years old. She has a sleep disorder, she moves a lot. So this blanket is definitely too small for her, it just moves and it comes off. I ordered a weighted blanket but will see if it fits her. Recommend a larger blanket!

My son unfortunately inherited my sleeping and staying sleep problems, part of ADHD. He's eleven and with medication and routine he's better, but not much. He got this as part of a Christmas present and since using it he's been sleeping deeper and longer than the rest of us!

Bought a 3 lb Pink Flamingo blanket for our 45 lb senior special needs dog when she was starting to get restless nights ( which would wake us all up!). She loves it! When she goes to bed at night we just tuck her in and she's been sleeping soundly ever since. It's heavy enough to keep her snug and light enough for her to move under the covers if she needs to change positions. We've only had it a few weeks so can't comment on durability but so far so good.
