The picture to sell the bed is misleading. The bed I received is not as fluffy as the picture. It doesn't surround the animal like it shows in the picture. It is flat and it looks used. We (the cat and me) are going to keep it though and use it in the cat carrier. I gave 5 stars on the cleaning, just throw it in the washer. The softness two stars and three for value. I didn't want to be too mean.

Bought this bed for my outdoor cat. I feel guilty seeing him lay on the cement patio. But he’s a little on the dumb side and I rarely see him use it. He also rarely uses the A-frame house with a self heating pad in it that I bought him for chilly winter days! The bed is well made, very soft, and came out of the washer and dryer ok, just fluffed WAY up! I bought a similar but different bed for my little inside dog and she loves it.

Not the quality expecting, sides do not stay up. It lays flat on floor with no side support. It said medium was good for small dog. Not so.

This is a decent dog bed , but it is very flat compared to the others I have seen. There is not enough padding to give it a raised edge. Nice enough to keep it, as the dog seems to like sleeping in it. So three stars.

So soft and cozy! I originally bought this for a mini trampoline swing, but the leaves would stick and it was hard to brush off, so I brought it in the house, but my dogs refused to use it. Our 4 cats will take turns aleeping on it and my daughter's Australian Shepherd puppy loves it when he visits. My teenage daughter even likes sitting in it saying it is so soft and cozy! So it's not being used for what I had planned, but it's a definite win. I haven't washed it yet, will update once I do.

My cat was scared of it at first and now she loves it! It keeps your pet warm and cozy! It fluffed out pretty big but i havent washed it yet. Great purchase!

This bed is so unbelievably soft! I need this material in a blanket asap. My pug fits perfectly in his bed and he loves it. When he isn't in bed with me this is where he lays down. This is one of the best things I have purchased this year.

i couldn't remember what size my cat fit, we had the smaller one previously. i bought the bigger one this time but. if you have a big cat, they still fit the smaller of the 2 sizes. you don't need the biggest one.

My dog had a bed exactly like this from a different maker, it was a great bed, it just wore out. Any way this bed was horrible! When I took it out of the box it stayed completely flat! I followed all the directions and it still stayed flat. Very disappointed!

This came nicely packaged and secured. When I opened it I noticed right away the bedding was missing the stuffing. It does not fluff up and is basically a soft floor mat.

I bought these to welcome our cats to thier home after moving them 2400 miles. They lived them, so cozy and nice. That's my review.

Very soft and it the pup seems to really love it. She curls right up goes to sleep with no problem. When we have to leave her at home by herself, when we get back that is usually where we find her.

Was very flat when it arrived but fear not! A spin in the washer (warm or cold) and then a low temperature dryer cycle of about an hour and a half just to make sure it’s totally dry and it poofs right up, as you can see in the pictures. I totally recommend this bed!

My cats love this little bed! Personally I wish it was a bit firmer so it could stand up taller. But as long as the kitties like it… I have no complaints 😃

My cat had a previous bed, and when this bed was introduced she won’t touch that old bed! She really loves laying in this bed. I think she gets better cat naps in with this one.

Bigger than I thought, my baby went straight to it after opening. Is not heavy and it adjusts to the different ways your baby sleeps.

I ordered two of these and one of the seams were not sewn all the way and the other has an extra flap of material that was not trimmed . These are also not as plush as the pictures depict!

Not at all fluffy like the description or pictured product. I bought this for the sole reason of being very puffy and it isn’t. Yes, the price was fairly cheap but it was not at all what I wanted.
