Excellent ultra shoes!: Running

Worn for a 50 mile course with 12 water crossings. They drained well and were adequate for the distance in terms of cushioning. I love her!

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Very comfortable shoes.

So convenient. They match my custom made orthotics and have a large toe box. Very comfortable walking shoes for my arthritic feet. I get lots of compliments on the color.

Pros
  • Beautiful packaging
Cons
  • New competitors have emerged

Great running shoes!

They are great. I have a hard time finding comfortable and supportive running shoes and these fit the bill perfectly! The wide toe box is great for bursitis and is quite narrow. The Vibram outsole is amazing. Definitely recommend.

Cons
  • Not bad

Not suitable for bursitis

I put four stars because it's a really good shoe that would be comfortable if I didn't have bursitis. Unfortunately, I do and the shoe pinches on my foot in that exact spot (just below my big toe on the side). This shoe has plenty of cushioning and fits my normal size.

Pros
  • Comfortable item
Cons
  • Everything ok

Breathable materials

Durable outsole. Excellent grip for trail running. Too bad it was zero drop. sock room. Breathable material (very important). I ordered half a size larger for running to account for foot slippage while walking. Good padding around the ankles. The laces are tightened at the ankle to keep them in place. Very soft. I put in a Spenco insole to keep my arch high on long walks. A lightweight. I would buy them again.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slim

When you want trail runners that last.

Cross country running is bad for shoes (and sometimes for the people who wear them). I had big name brand shoes that were badly worn after the first long run. I've had topos before and they lasted a long time so I decided to try them again. They were comfortable as soon as I put them on. I've ridden 20 miles in them (with shoes) with no problems. They have good cushioning and some stability. Plenty of room for toe movement. I always order one size larger. I've done a few long runs and they…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Doubtful

This is the love of my life

As a backpacker/tourist preparing to hike the AT in 2022, I've decided to make the switch from hiking shoes to trail runners. After hours of research I put them on my wish list. My friend bought my first pair (hiking size 0.5) for our anniversary in July and OMG. I love these things so much. I wore them so much that about two months later I bought a second pair in my normal size. I have a very high arch and I have a hard time finding shoes that really feel like they fit my foot properly. These…
