The old screen was terrible. Only 2/3 are visible. I proved it was the screen and not the graphics card or whatever by hooking up an external monitor. It worked great. The packaging was perfect. . I just ordered it from the model number on the bottom of my Toshiba Satellite laptop and pulled the trigger. Same OE quality if not better, all screws and snap into place as if designed for it. The only slight difference is that this particular replacement is a matte screen rather than the store-bought glossy one. It was very early! My friend and I watched a few YouTube videos where people changed this particular screen and then changed it ourselves! It took us 20 minutes because we didn't know what the heck we were doing, but we did it! I won "haaalleluujah!" It would cost me over a hundred for a "pro" to fix it. SO HAPPY!

This screen was delivered very quickly! It was in nice protective packaging. It slipped straight into my laptop and works great and looks good. It's also a very good price. I am very satisfied and recommend this product! Very happy!
