The hat was the style I wanted. I liked that. What I didn't like1: The hat smelled so strongly of chemicals that I could smell it two rooms away. I washed it twice in the washing machine before I dared to wear it. The smell is almost completely gone. 2 The hat is a bit big.

I have a small head (21-1/2") and was hoping to find a similar rain cap for the car as I found an umbrella ineffective and cumbersome to get hold of find in/out of vehicles quickly. It looks like it has a flatter crown to compensate for the girth. Unfortunately, the crown is standard and the hat sits so low I can barely see anything.
