I got this school bus for my grandson for his birthday because he likes school buses and he just turned 7 we put the battery in and it worked for a few seconds and then I mean a few Seconds and since then it hasn't worked, I've told my grandson that the bus lights up different colors and plays music he liked to play with it but no it doesn't work.

Bought as a gift for a neighbor. He is obsessed with the Magic School Bus Show. He liked it, but his parents weren't thrilled with how loud it was. The lights are amazing and the fact that it automatically flips when it bumps into something to go the other way is awesome! We couldn't find a way to turn down the volume, and as I said, it's very loud.

Not sure how it works as it was a gift for my nephew but he was very small! I should have checked the measurements better. This is probably a good toy for the 3 year old I bought this for but not sure if it would fit an older child. I was disappointed with the size of the bus. But then again, I should have read the description better.

Want an easy way for the whole family to lose their hearing in seconds? Then this is for you! It's very loud (I'm 38 years old for reference) to the point of pain. I've played drums off and on for years and it makes me cry. The wheels don't turn by themselves either. They only work when the bottom cover is removed and the toy is turned on. Your child cannot use it to roll on the floor indoors. It just moves by itself. So many other options, avoid this one.

I rarely write reviews. But this toy is very annoying. My son loves this. There's no way to mute the sound and the annoying repeating song (which when I bought it suggested it was "Wheels on the Bus" - it's not, it sucks Eurotrash disco music - and I'm from Europe so I can speak). I've tried duct tape over the speaker and it helped a little, but not enough to keep me from going insane. I hope my son eventually breaks it so the sound doesn't work.

The bus is not even worth 30% of its price. Made in China, very cheap product. The stickers on the bus have peeled off in such a way that it looks like they were stuck by a blind man. The bus drives well and the lights look good but it's so praiseworthy that our son got scared and ran away. We will return the item. I could buy it for $5, remove and reapply the stickers and cut the wires to the speaker to mute it, but for that price I'd buy something better.
