Trail Tech 5103 00 CRF150R Kickstand Review

Bought this for my 2008 CRF 150RB. It's the perfect height, perfect slant and was very easy to put on. It took my husband less than 5 minutes to get dressed. It is very durable and worth the money. That would be too long for the smaller version of the CRF150. So if you are considering buying one, make sure you have a big-wheeled off-road bike.

Like*Lightweight product*Feels really solid. Just lets you tip the bike sideways quite a bit to clear the ground. Uncertainty * The high angle feels odd and difficult to achieve when set and raised, but I haven't ridden enough to get used to it. Will have to see.

I was really impressed by the quality of the kickstand. Installation took about 5 minutes. We stayed with him for two weekends and there were no problems. My son rides it on tracks and tracks. It's great to be able to take a break and not have to worry about finding a place to park his bike. Others say the footrest is too long but I don't think so. This is the perfect slope when the bike is parked. I've attached a photo of the bike parked and a photo of the stand installed on the bike.

Extremely durable and easy to install. I put this on an '07 CRF150RB and it lets the bike stand a little more upright than I think is ideal. It's not that easy that I'm concerned it will fall off on its own in the garage, so it's not enough to cause legitimate concern. On the trail it's like the side stand on any bike, sometimes the ground is rough, sometimes too soft, no problem, dig a hole with your foot or find a rock and voila!
