Not quite a backpack.

The way they don't recommend putting on a strap to make it a backpack bag is ineffective or effective at keeping the bag in place. It slides everywhere and it's hard to keep going

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Some problems

great for on the go. in backpacks

Great bag, especially the zippers and RFID pocket. I just wish it came in a slightly larger version with more internal pockets, a back pocket, pen holders in the lid and another cup holder on the outside. Just a suggestion :)

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Hard to say

Small and compact. in luggage and travel gear

Small and compact. Holds my book, iPad Air, wallet, glasses, wet wipes and a small snack. Front pocket for keys, phone and headphones. You can stow a water bottle in the side pocket. Found a way to keep the straps stable. I almost sent it back because of the straps, but I really liked the bag.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Difficult to say

No instructions to turn into a backpack

Turning a bag into a backpack seems like a great idea. However, I couldn't convert it. So I waited for my husband to find out. Vain. It looks like a part is missing. Unfortunately bought in August. I've been looking if there is a video showing how to convert it but no luck. I am so disappointed in the product.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Good but not great

Some user concerns: Luggage and travel gear

I use this as a small gym bag. Focus on small. Holds a microfiber cloth but that's about it. Not suitable for travel backpack. Also, the flap works best if you zip it up every time, rather than leaving it open for convenience. Finally, the pass-through shoulder strap is unsecured in backpack mode and therefore becomes uncomfortably asymmetrical when worn over one shoulder. I used a large safety pin to secure the ribbon in place to keep it from slipping off.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • Long delivery time

I like the bag but the backpack strap let me down

The bag is the perfect size for me and I really want to love it! However, I would only use it as a backpack and the strap-to-backpack design doesn't work for me. It is not easy to adjust the length of the strap and the most suitable length for me. The buckle is right where it should go through the loop (top of backpack). This means that the strap cannot slide back and forth as easily as it can when putting the backpack on and taking it off. I almost never return Revain purchases, but I will be…

Pros
  • Sturdy workmanship
Cons
  • I don't really like anything everything is fine

Seems to be what I wanted

Wanted a bag that I can use as a backpack on the fly. Good size to try out a convertible wallet design. I bought it mainly for traveling when my wallet is not so full. I'll keep my iPad in, which I really wanted. The backpack aspect is great, but I don't plan on using it as my primary way of carrying. The straps bit a little when I had the iPad and other items in them, but not as much when the iPad was removed. The weight definitely determines the comfort. I wish it was a little bigger, but…

Pros
  • Simple design
Cons
  • Only available in black
