Pretty but unreliable

twist grips so whatever you put in the basket the weight should be evenly distributed which is difficult for me because I sell leather care products and some Products are heavier, they ordered different sizes, so it is almost impossible to evenly distribute the weight, so the basket constantly moves all the way forward or all the way back.

The packaging does not work and the hangers are falling apart

shrink film will NOT activate when heated. This is a large transparent bag. And bows fall apart as soon as you try to break them to pull the string back. If you can pull the string, it will begin to form the bow before it completely falls apart. The baskets themselves aren't bad, but I specifically bought this product because it was designed to have everything I need in one package. I could buy better baskets, my own packaging and supplies.

Great find!

I'm so glad I bought it! I needed exactly three gift baskets this year because I am making a gift basket for my friend's family. I used the large basket as a family basket, the medium basket for my friend and the small basket I filled for my friend's sister. They turned out GREAT. I couldn't be happier.
