This has always been one of my favorite wallets. Coach stopped doing that a few years ago. The only signs of wear were the belts; the silver really started to spin and literally detached from the handles and shoulder strap. I've tried shoe polish but never got around to it (originally pewter colored). I ended up ordering this dye which was the color I would have preferred Coach to start with and I couldn't be happier.
