Reliable, durable, comfortable

I use them to attach a hammock tarp. They are safer than skewers. Thanks to the attached reflective lanyard, they are easy to find and easy to pull out.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Not a full size tent carrier. My mistake

This may be what I ordered but I have to admit they are NOT 9 inch tent poles. More like 4 inches for tent pole stability. Still, it looks good and has a cute feel. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for actual tent pegs.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Not bad

The inserts are perforated with holes to make less titanium.

Stakes are perforated with holes so less titanium is used which weakens them. Therefore, they tend to bend and twist when used. They are somewhat still usably bent and twisted. I would prefer stronger bets.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Nothing here

NOT SO LIGHT

MSR groundhogs are lighter! The included guy wire is too big for the holes provided. It seems solid, but not titanium. I noticed the word "alloy" so I'm not sure what it's made of. I think it's some kind of inferior stainless steel, but that's just a guess. Can return this.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure

Marmot stick MSR

I measured with a scale and 6 of these sticks are only a few grams lighter than 6 MSR marmot sticks. In addition, marmot stakes are much more durable. These weak stakes are bent in my backyard, which is soft earth with grass. I didn't even pound her, I just pushed her gently with my foot. The indented V-shape compromises structural integrity. MSR Y-shape woodchucks are strong and much stronger. I thought it might be a super easy deal. nope

Strong and lightweight

These pegs come in a pretty but somewhat redundant metal tin. I immediately took them out of the box and put them in a lightweight tent bag! The pegs themselves are lightweight, incredibly strong and come with a nice but short cord with reflective strips. I just wish they were a little longer to deal with sandier bottoms. There's no center rib for added strength, but I still expect them to be very strong. Each pin and string has a mass of 12.4 grams or 0.43 ounces.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Only available in white

Buy with confidence

I was very impressed with them, they are light and strong. I had to block a platform with a rock so they could pass through my tent's door hinges. It took some effort. It comes with a reflective pull cord which I used but then gave up in favor of stacking them inside each other. The posts come with a post bag and an aluminum can. Both are pretty decent but not as easy or rewarding as the bets themselves. There may be easier bets out there but the price is right and the bets are of high quality.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Frequency

Very light: tents and awnings

So these pegs are very light. Less than half the weight of the aluminum poles that came with my tent. And when I'm trying to shed pounds, every gram counts. However, upon first use, I noticed that some of the rods were bent. It didn't matter that they were useless, but enough to notice. But these stakes were easily driven into the dried mud with the help of a stone nearby. And they never came out after getting stuck in the ground, even in softer ground. The only thing I didn't like was that…

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Can't remember
