I occasionally paddle at sunset on a nearby lake and you need lights on your kayak to avoid being hit by boaters. I installed one of these on the front of my yak to match the other light I have on the back. I tried double sided tape first. This light is at the bottom of the lake right now, but luckily it's 3 packs, right? I glued the second gorilla and it's not going anywhere. The light is bright enough for what I need and the remote works great.

I ONLY gave 2 stars because the light itself works great. I bought it as a classroom management tool to keep my high school students from talking instead of being silent. They worked great except the yellow looked more like green, but that was an easy fix (I changed the yellow warning color to purple). BUT the remote only worked after a few times.
