Worked great! for computers and accessories

Used a pair of these to move the keyboard and mouse away from the tower - worked great for me! To keep them together even under load, I used some tape where the connection between the extension cord and the source cord was made.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Useless features

everything works fine -- cables don't stretch as they used to

I had trouble getting the computer to see the mouse and keyboard -- cables helped but soon after the motherboard died --- I still use cables with new m /b. everything works fine - the cables are not as tight as before.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Only available in white

Makes the Model M work

Why would anyone want this in 2018? Who uses a PS/2 keyboard these days? If you're reading this review at all, I'm guessing you're like me trying to find a way to hook up your vintage keyboard to your state-of-the-art workstation so you don't have to run any code. After about 8 years, my last PS/2 extension cable started to fail, rendering my trusty IBM Model M keyboard unusable. I bought this Tripp Light PS/2 extension cable to get everything working again. So far it works perfectly. However…

Pros
  • Sample for a year
Cons
  • Not as good as it says

Good product! in PS/2 Cable

Typical Trip Lite cable. Works as it should and of good quality. I am currently using this to extend an EcoNet Controls Bulldog Z-Wave water valve in my basement and it works great. Note: This is an INDOOR product. I will definitely not use it outdoors in the sun and bad weather.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Big and Chunky

Model M remains unchanged

Why would you want a model like this in 2018? Who uses a PS/2 keyboard these days? Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
