This is a great pillow, keeps its shape and keeps your head cool at night (we turn it on the "warm" side for the winter. However, I ordered FIRM and be aware it is VERY firm. No so much.. if i have to order a new one (and i could) i will order the next hardness.

Best hard pillow I have ever slept on; I can't say much about the cooling effect because I don't feel it and don't need it either. Slightly smaller than a queen size pillow but large enough to be comfortable. I sleep on my side most of the time, but when I'm on my back I have no discomfort at all. I hope it will retain its strength and shape for years to come. As long as it's worth it.

I wanted a pillow that was both cooling and firm. I am satisfied with this pillow and have noticed an improvement in sleep because it is comfortable. My only downside is that it's not as stable as I'd like it to be. In fact, I don't want my pillow to sag too much and this one sinks in more than I'd like, but that's okay. I would recommend it if you don't necessarily need something super hard but rather a bit solid.

While the pillow itself isn't exactly what I was looking for, this is a great pillow. It's well made and the cool side is amazing. It still needs to be "flipped" every now and then, and cooling on just one side doesn't do it that well. I bought a company and it wasn't strong enough for me. However the seller did everything right and for most people this will be a great pillow and they (and the seller) deserve this 5 star rating!

You want a pillow that's comfortable and stays cold, am I right? Why else would you be looking for this thing? The gel layer stays cool unless you have a hot head. Still, move around a bit and you're done. The only complaint about this pillow is that it's relatively short, but that's not the pillow's fault. If you sleep on your side, place it on another pillow and you'll sleep like a baby after being fed, burped and changed.

I bought a branded pillow. I understand pillows are very personal and I used them for four nights. This is definitely a cool pillow. I don't know how that's achieved, but I really love that aspect. It's only 5 inches thick and your head is buried in something, so I wish it was bigger. I just have an extra pillow handy. I don't find it too difficult. genuinely interested in your satisfaction with your product.

Rating no. 1: The pillow was too hard. Felt like a rock. I tried everything for 15 minutes, but from what I've read, excessive stiffness is characteristic of such pillows. Rating #2: The seller messaged me and said they "recently released a much softer version of the cool gel pad". He also kindly offered to send me another one for free. I accepted his offer.
