Don't waste money

Installed ink and worked TWICE. Then the plotter says that the cartridge is empty - it needs to be replaced even though it is full. Replaced it with original HP (condition) and worked forever.

This product seems to work.

I received this kit for the first time and added a matte black to the existing original HP cartridge. My plotter reported a printhead error. I replaced the printhead with a NON-HP original and it seems to have worked. I could print. After I printed an image, I got an error message that cyan was out of date. I restarted the printer and it fixed itself.

Not working, the printer does not recognize these printheads. The item shipped had two used, open printheads, not just an open box.
